ABSTRACT
The capacitance spectroscopies of an n-type InSb metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) structure are measured at the temperature of 1.2K with sweeping the magnetic field from 0 to 8 Tesla perpendicular to the sample surface. With a newly presented experimental model, the subband Landau levels are studied.
