ABSTRACT
There is a gap between microelectronics and nanoelectronics. It should not be considered that nanoelectronics is existing on a simple extrapolation of the present micro-electronics. In order for nanoelectronics to move from research to more developmental, we have to clearly define what target nanoelectronics is trying to hit and all our effort should be directed towards that direction.
