ABSTRACT
This is a report of the special session “International Laser Facilities” held during the 5th International Conference on X-Ray Lasers. This session was intended to help promote the x-ray laser research by providing the up-to-date status of the various facilities worldwide related to the xray laser research and to discuss on what are the important aspects to advance the x-ray laser research.
