ABSTRACT
Transitions from the inner-shell 2s2p63ℓ configurations in neon-like Sc XII, Ti XIII, and V XIV have been identified in spectra emitted from laser-produced plasmas and foil-excited ions. The identifications are based on theoretical predictions and on experimental evidence as regards the charge state of the emitting ions.
