ABSTRACT
The temperature behaviour of the transverse elastic waves propagating in SrLaAlO4 and SrLaGaO4 single crystals using Brillouin scattering method are reported. Obtained results are discussed in terms of nature of the point defects which might arise in the crystals during the growth process.
