ABSTRACT
The photoemission threshold for Ge33As12Se55 glasses has been calculated. The electrical properties of the Ge33As12Se55 - p-Si heteroboundary have been investigated and its energetic parameters have been derived. Energy band diagram accounting the interfacial states for the heterojunction has been given.
