ABSTRACT

The temperature dependences of heat capacity in the Pb1−xMnxTe semimagnetic solid solutions based on PbTe have been obtained in the temperature range of 100–670K. The pronounced peak has been detected on the isotherms of the heat capacity in the vicinity of x≈ 0,01. The existence of anomaly is interpreted on the basic of our idea about percolation nature of the anomalies of properties in the range of small impurity content in any solid solution.
