On the effective-mass anomaly in (Cd1-x-yZnxMny)3 As2

We propose a mechanism of anomalous magnetic field dependence of the electron effective mass observed recently in the II₃V₂ diluted magnetic semiconductor (Cd_1-x-yZn_xMn_y)₃ AS₂ withx + y = 0.3 and y = 0.04 - 0.08. The experimental data, including those for the crystals of the same compound with x + y = 0.2, are analyzed.
