ABSTRACT

The homogeneity regions along the Culn-CuInSe2-Se and CuSe-CuInSe2-InSe sections in the Cu-In-Se ternary system at 350°C were determined. Dependences of microhardness and the Seebeck coefficient on Se and InSe content were obtained. The received results were interpreted taking into account character of defect structure under deviation from stoichiomctty.
