ABSTRACT

An attempt is made to estimate values of total and partial equilibrium pressures of vapour species over CdSnAs₂, CdGeAs₂, CdSiAs₂, ZnSnAs₂ ZnGeAs₂ ZnSiAs₂ CdGeP₂ CdSiP₂ ZnGeP₂, ZnSiP₂ at the melting point and lower temperatures. Standard thermodynamic relations and equation for ideal gas state were used. Conditions either stoichiometry or A²-C⁵-interaction in vapour phase were assumed. Results of weigh-loss measurements for ZnGeP₂ are presented.
