ABSTRACT

CuInSe2 thin films were prepared by metal-organic decomposition technique using Cu and In naphthenates and the successive selenization. Crystallographic properties of CuInSe2 thin films were investigated by X-ray diffraction. Crystallinity of CuInSe2 thin films were improved with increasing selenization temperature and time. We obtained CuInSe2 single-phase thin films on quartz substrates by selenization at 600 °C for 3 h.
