ABSTRACT
Compositional and structural properties of thin films of CuInxGa1-xSe2 system prepared by pulsed laser deposition have been determined relating the growth conditions. XRD, SEM and EPMA measurements were carried out. Photosensitive In-p-Cu(In,Ga)Se2 structures have been formed on the deposited films and then studied.
