Spatial distribution of light reflectance modulated by near-field radio-frequency excitation in semiconductor structures

ABSTRACT

We have observed strong effect of local radio-frequency (RF) electric field on light reflectance spectra of GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructure. It has revealed that RF excitation extends along the heterostructure plane extremely long distances.
