ABSTRACT
The external quantum efficiencies of 12 % and 11 % for GalnN/GaN MQW blue and green light emitting diodes (LEDs) have been achieved, respectively. The peak wavelengths and the full width at half maximums (FWHM) were 468 nm and 28 nm for the blue LEDs, and were 515 nm and 35 nm for the green LEDs.
