ABSTRACT
III-V diluted magnetic semiconductor (Ga,Mn)As films were grown by solid-source molecular beam epitaxy. X-ray diffraction measurements as well as magnetotransport measurements were used to investigate the dependence of the properties of (Ga,Mn)As films on growth conditions.
