ABSTRACT

Vigorous research activity has been witnessed in the area of parametric robust stability. Both Hurwitz and Schur stability studies have been conducted on interval polynomials. Other properties of interest in control and signal processing, such as multivariate polynomial positivity and frequency response of interval systems, have not been studied as extensively as the property of robust stability. In this paper, very recent studies conducted by the author and his group is reported and directions for further research on those problems is set.
