ABSTRACT
In this paper the system of linear differential-difference equations of delayed type is treated. Some condition are given ensuring an asymptotic stability of the system in presence of uncertain parameters. It is shown in particular that the main result of well-known paper by C. B. Soh, C. S. Berger and K. P. Dabke can be generalized on the quasipolynomial case.
