ABSTRACT
Let F be a coherent torsion free sheaf on the noetherian normal scheme X. If F has a pseudo-determinant in Pic(X) (see below for definitions) then there exists a sheaf of ideals I in Ox such that if σ : Z → X is the blow-up of X along I, then the strict transform of F is locally free on Z.
