ABSTRACT
The software of the CUELA system can be used to analyse one or several data sets. The data management system presented in this paper enables the investigator to analyse and evaluate a much larger set of long-term measurement data. Therefore the German BG Institute for Occupational Safety and Health developed a measurement system named CUELA, which was successfully used for whole-shift recording and analysing of mechanical loads in various occupational work sectors. Lately the software was improved by integrating a new data management system, which makes comparative assessments of long-term exposure data sets possible. After finishing the measurement the video can be displayed synchronously to the measurement data. For risk assessment each chart is classified into a score system that ranges from 1 (low exposure) to 9 (high exposure). The searching and scoring features for the measurement comparison and risk assessment are implemented as follows. With this data structure all requirements for the data management system are fulfilled.
