ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to study tunneling effects in the momentum space as an example of the tunneling phenomena in the phase space, or so-called the micro-local tunneling (cf. [He-Sj], [Ma], [As-Du]), and to apply it to the semi-classical limit of scattering.
