ABSTRACT
In this, the penultimate in a series of papers on finite quantifier-eliminable (QE) rings, we classify such rings of characteristic 4. By work of Berline and Cherlin [2], it suffices to know the possibilities for their Jacobson radicals. We proceed with an analysis which often parallels that for characteristic p2, p odd, as given in [4].
