ABSTRACT

There is a very obvious difference between the various forms of crime which Professor Mordecai AbirMr. Barrett mentioned; for instance, the criminal negligence of the automakers or the perversion of the state’s intent which can be accomplished by different agencies, and real terrorism. The former is illegal according to the law and can be taken to the highest authority of the land. Since the revolution, we know, leading journalists in Iran have been murdered on the orders of these so-called Islamic tribunals. In author's view, anything and everything that civilized countries can do to bring about a return of reasonable government in Iran is justified morally and sensible in practical terms, because the people can't really have anything worse than the current setup in Iran today.
