ABSTRACT
A paper plant that produces feminine pads and adult undergarments was very involved in health promotion and wellness, as well as safety and Ergonomic issues. There were 594 employees working for this plant 162 women and 88 men worked in the office areas of this plant. This study focused on the 250 personnel that specifically worked with VDTs.
