ABSTRACT
The case studies found in this section examine ergonomic issues in the service industry. They include materials handling problems, workplace environmental difficulties, and hand tool deficiencies. With the service industry experiencing the greatest growth in the United States today, ergonomic issues will gain importance in this industrial sector.
