ABSTRACT
On Monday, June 19th, a memo was sent to the local terminal of a parcel delivery company. The memo came from the corporate office claims department regarding the terminal’s worker’s compensation expenses over the previous fiscal year. Headquarters told local management to investigate the problem and reduce accidents at any cost. Further, they were to supply the reason for the problem and a feasible solution to eliminate the cause.
