ABSTRACT
I once took my Sears’ model Weedwacker® to a Homelite® dealer for repairs. The repair man shrugged his shoulders and grinned, “Can’t help ya son. It’s the right string, but wrong Yo Yo.” These were my thoughts as I read about the sequence of events that led to what arguably was the most bungled nuclear plant accident in history: Three Mile Island.
