ABSTRACT
Based on a GIS-orientated approach, the metallogeny of gold in the Tien Shan and Urals Paleozoic orogenic belts has been studied. The pilot model of the GIS-orientated digital database created has a wide range of forecasting and metallogenic applications in regional geological investigations at various scales.
