ABSTRACT
The REE distribution and oxygen and hydrogen stable isotope ratios in secondary minerals from alteration halos adjacent to auriferous veins at the giant Berezovsk gold lode deposit have been studied. Evidence for an involvement of a magmatic fluid in the formation of the quartz-carbonate wall-rock alteration related to auriferous veins was found.
