ABSTRACT
Development and formation of new direction in the Earth sciences - ecological geology - and also inclusion of this direction into a program of higher education makes the problem of the formation of the international center for field experiences on this subject pre-eminent. In 1997-1999 the Chair of Engineering and Ecological Geology (Faculty of Geology) jointly with the Chair of Geochemistry of Landscapes and Geography of Soils (Faculty of Geography) implemented a complex, ecological-geological investigations in the area of geological training ground of A A. Bogdanov.
