ABSTRACT
It is dangerous to plan an underground use without the enough recognition about the characteristic of the underground. When servicing facilities, it was tend to pay attention only to the cost. However, in the future, the plan to have thought much of the users concern of the psychology in addition to the safety and the environment will be done. For its purpose, the establishment of the evaluation technique to have considered the characteristic of the underground is indispensable. Here, this paper proposed a simple evaluation computation formula as the try of the way of evaluating not only by cost but also the characteristic item of the underground on the same series. And as a example, the case of the underground expressway is shown.
