OBJECTIVE /INTRODUCTION: Exotropia in infancy is believed to be associated with increased prevalence of neurological, ocular, and craniofacial abnormalities;however, the prevalence of coexistingocular and systemic disease in these patients is unknown. 1 A large-angle incomitant exotropia maybe the presenting feature of congenital third nerve palsy, which is a rare condition and is often associated with ptosis and amblyopia.2 We present our experience of managing infants presenting with exotropia looking at the underlying causes and their management.
