ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION: In clinical practice, and for clinical trials, it is desirable to have a rapid, inexpensive, simple test to quantify the severity of a patient ‘s diplopia. The current “gold standard” is the field of single binocular vision, plotted on a Goldmann perimeter. Such equipment is not available in many centers and we therefore developed two new tests that might be used to quantify the severity of diplopia.
