ABSTRACT
The non-invasive and safe simultaneous recording of the dynamic changes of horizontal eye position (i.e. horizontal duction) and refractive status (i.e. accommodation) is necessary for the study of reactions to standardised stimulus (step change of the fixation target distance) in children. Some methodological aspect of our Eye Movement and Accommodation Analyzer are discussed.
