ABSTRACT
The life cycle, population dynamics and production of the ophiuroid Acrocnida brachiata (Montagu) from a muddy fine sand community in the bay of Seine (English Channel) were studied from May 1981 to September 1983. During this survey 18 samples, each with 10 replicates, were taken periodically using O.1 m2 Smith Mc Intyre grab.
