ABSTRACT
The analysis of the morphological structures of arms has been done. The constructions of the vertebral joints, dorsal, ventral and lateral plates, shape and level of development of spines have been studied. The classification of vertebral joints, the plate connections the spine shapes has been done on the base of that analysis. Several basic “types of arm construction determining the animal way of life have been marked out.
