ABSTRACT
Since water is the critical component for sustainable development in Sudan, this paper deals with the analysis of the present water resources, and use for different purposes.
Comprehensive water resource management is necessity for Sudan.
Human resource development should be the cornerstone of national development policies in Sudan, and emphasize education rooted in religion.
