ABSTRACT
This paper presents a unique method that was utilized underwater to hash up the reinforced concrete roadway and steel construction of demolished bridge by using explosives. The bridge construction was hashed up into pieces of favourable dimensions to be taken out by crane, so it would not cause any damage to the surrounding objects, especially piers number. 11 and 12.
