ABSTRACT
Many hazards of the buildings and the constructions take place due to differential settlement of the foundations. The interaction of the basement being deformed with the foundation and the constructions plays an important role. The interaction of the system has been considered: the construction of the structures, the foundation and the basement on the installation which includes the elements which model the operation of the system components. The model of the basement is assembled with the help of a number of bellows with alternating rigidity being regulated. The load device includes the levers with the suspensions and the loads, and a frame with rigidity functions as the foundations and the part over the foundation.
