ABSTRACT
This paper presents Polish experiences with application of piles executed by jet grouting method for underpinning the existing and founding of the new buildings. The authors elaborated a method of evaluation of bearing capacity of the jet grouted piles as presented in the paper, which has enabled solving of the designing problems. In the paper some examples of underpinning and founding the new, mainly industrial buildings, together with the results of test loadings and laboratory testing of soilcrete strength are presented.
