Time-integration of a viscous constitutive equation in finite element modelling by using super-stable Rosenbrock methods

This paper presents three new classes of methods for the time-integration of a non linear viscoelastic constitutive equation adapted to bitumen, in the frame of a finite element modelling. These classes of discrete schemes, which are based on the use of Rosenbrock modified methods, present good properties of accuracy and stability and lead to interesting new variational formulations.
