ABSTRACT
This paper presents the teaching of laboratory experiments, which is part of the curriculum of the Diplôme d’Études Approfondies (a prerequisite in France for doctoral studies) shared by four schools of engineering, one university and four research laboratories. In particular it explains the educational objectives of the laboratory courses, which are focused on the practical problem associated with the development of rheological models.
