ABSTRACT

In this paper, a theoretical model for calculating the dynamic volume of gas emission from bore hole during boring process is set up, and the relevant computer simulation program has been compiled. Moreover, the program is validated by laboratory experiments. Then through systematically numerical simulation, the rules and features of dynamic gas emission during boring process are analyzed, and the qualitative laws for determination of coal and gas outburst tendency are put forward. The research results will be favorable for outburst prediction by boring method.
