ABSTRACT
This paper presents a quick assessment method for the slope stability factor of waste deposit dams, which express the state of equilibrium or non equilibrium of the slope by taking into account the interaction between the active forces and passive ones. The diagrams presented in this paper can be drawn for average values of physico-mechanicals characteristics and used for the assessment of dam stability factor in similar kinds of rocks.
