ABSTRACT
The collection and management of the productive blasthole data and current topograph data in open pit are presented in this paper. The procedures of using software MINTEC to establish blasthole model are also described. The application of blasthole model to short-term plan, ore control, plan reconciliation, production control are summarized. Finally, some relevant opinions are given.
