ABSTRACT
In this paper the simulation model of belt conveyor system was constructed according to the belt kinetics and the conveyor structure, in which the modeling of take-up facility, driving system, motor and hydraulic coupling properties was precisely conducted. The system is capable to simulate the unstable workstate during starting period and analyze the maximum belt tension and acceleration rate, taking material friction inclining angle loading and unloading conditions into account.
