ABSTRACT
The results are given of the comparative control tests using some insecticides, of their level of effectiveness against Chinese wax scale (Ceroplastes sinensis Del Guercio) and of their direct and indirect effects on Panonychus citri (Mc Gregor). The present value of the intervention thresholds is considered, and it is suggested that the threshold based on the presence of females/10 cm of branch should be increased from 1 to 5.
