Effect of application methods on vertical distribution of 1,3 D in the soil *

Studies were carried out to determine the effect of application methods on the vertical distribution of Telone II in the soil in relation to control Tylenchulus semi penetrans in established citrus groves. The results show that the best distribution of the chemical in the top 60 cm of a sandy-clay-loam soil is achieved by applying the emulsifiable formulation in 30 l/m² of irrigation water.
