ABSTRACT
Non-specific pleuritis is a common cause of undiagnosed exudative effusion and cannot be attributed to any malignant or benign pathology. It can present as a diagnostic dilemma for clinicians. This case highlights the diagnosis and management of a case of non-specific pleuritis.
