ABSTRACT
Pneumomediastinum defined as air in the mediastinum can be spontaneous or secondary to trauma, instrumentation or underlying lung pathology and is associated with severe COVID-19 infection. This case describes the management of pneumothorax and pneumomediastinum secondary to COVID-19 infection.
