Post-effusion drainage complication in an 86-year-old woman

Non-expansile lung can be seen in 10%–15% of patients with malignant pleural effusion and is associated with poorer survival. This case demonstrates the presentation, diagnosis and management of non-expansile lung secondary to mesothelioma.
